our mower repair

 

 

   We will always gaurantee our lawn mower repair services. Most often you will be able to count on our work to be accurate and properly completed the first time. We pride ourselves on being certified to the highest levels of industry standards and you should never have to make a return trip due to the job not being done correctly. In the event you aren't completely satisfied that our work was not performed to industry standards we will gladly correct the issue at no cost to you.

    As with any repair service, involving complex moving mechanisms, you will come to find as equipment ages repairing/replacing parts is necessary. Oftentimes, repairing one part can lead to creating stress, and friction, on other pieces. These are what we call 'related part failures'. At L & C Mower Parts our promise is to always get these repaired within a day's time*.

1. new replacement parts are warrantied through their respective manufactures.

   1. in the event an over-the-counter part fails after being installed on the equipment the part must be brought in on the equipment for inspection before being considered for warranty.

   2. parts found to be defective prior to installation must be brought back in original packaging with receipt within five(5) business days. 

2. Used replacement parts are warrantied through l & c mower parts for a period determined by the type of part

   1. most parts carry 14-30 days warranty

   2. used belts, springs, bearings and transmissions carry 3-5 days. no warranty other than that of workability.

   3. used part sales are documented with customer receipts. parts are exchanged for similar condition used parts. 

   4. parts which have failed on the equipment after installation must be brought in on the equipment for inspection. 

      1. in the event a used part has failed l & c mower parts will replace the used part at no cost to you

      2. l & c Mower parts will never provide pickup free of charge due to a failed used part

      3. L & C mower parts will not provide parts and/or labor for 'related part failures' possibly caused from a used part failure. The only condition being that of main item 3 of the L & c mower parts mower repair guarantee.

3. all new & used mower parts installed during an l & C mower parts mower repair performed by one of it's technicians that fail during their warranty will be replaced with like kind parts of equal value free of charge

   1. New & used mower parts causing related parts failures will be handled on a case by case basis. 

   2. l & c mower parts will not provide free transportation for mower repair services due to new or used mower parts or related parts failures.

 

engine repair

 

1. engine parts & repair carry basically the same guarantee as mower parts adn repair. 

2. engine repairs with used parts purchased from l & c mower pars are guaranteed for a period of 30 days from completion of repair services(not from the day you retake possession).

3. carbeurator cleanings and rebuilds are guaranteed to the extent of cranking and running properly at the time you retake possession after repair. 

   1. carbeurators brought in off the engine will have no guarantee of working unless l & c mower parts installs and checks the equipment

   2. used carbeurators are guaranteed against breakaged for a period of 14 days if purchased over-the-counter 

      1. carbeurator must brought in on the equipment

      2. used part will be replaced with like part 

   3. used carbeurators purchased and installed by an l & c mower parts technician will hold a warranty against breakage for a period of 30 days.

4. l & c Mower parts technicians are well trained in locating water and particle deposits transferred into the carbeurator via the fuel supply. any water or debris remnants in the fuel tank, fuel filter, or carbeurator resevoir bowl will void any guaranteed warranty offered by us. 

   1. ethanol attracts moisture from the air into your fuel tank through the fuel vapor vent on the fuel cap. 

   2. L & C mower parts recomends purchasings ethanol free fuel.

   3. water tests are performed by L & C Mower Parts technicians
